Who we are

InstaBloom operates this website and is responsible for the personal information we use to provide its services. Contact us about privacy or your information at support@instabloomgrowth.live. InstaBloom is an independent service, not Instagram or Meta.

Information we use

We use your email address, account information, public Instagram username, profile information, selected packages, order references, payment status, amounts and currency. We also retain support messages and refund or referral records you provide.

Technical information may include IP addresses, browser/device information, timestamps, page visits and campaign identifiers supplied in links. Approximate country detection may use ipapi.co, which receives your IP address to suggest a follower country preference. You can change this preference; we do not request precise GPS location. We do not ask for your Instagram password or two-factor authentication codes. Payment details are collected by the checkout provider; do not send full card details in a support ticket.

Why we use it

We use information to create your account, identify the selected profile, process purchases, arrange delivery, show order history, answer support requests, review refunds, calculate eligible referral rewards and prevent duplicate or unauthorized activity. Campaign information helps measure where purchases originated. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing relies on providing the requested service, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests or consent where required.

Service providers and sharing

Our providers include Cooud for checkout and payment notifications; Supabase for authentication, storage and application records; Peaker and profile lookup providers for delivery and public profile information; Resend for transactional email and support replies; and UTMify and Meta for attribution and advertising measurement.

We share information relevant to each provider’s role, such as an email for a receipt or a public profile/post link for delivery. Providers may operate in other countries and apply their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to resolve a payment dispute. A referral does not give the referring customer access to another customer’s personal information.

Storage and protection

Account and order records are retained while needed to provide the service, handle delivery or support, maintain financial records, address disputes or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements. Access is restricted according to role. No online service can promise absolute security; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, information about sharing, or deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some records may need to be retained for legal or dispute-related reasons. We may verify identity before acting to protect account information. Send requests to support@instabloomgrowth.live; never include your Instagram password.

Where Brazilian data protection law applies, you may also exercise the rights described by the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD). You may contact the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.
